Microfol Compounding GmbH was founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of Microcolor Masterbatch GmbH. Specializing in the manufacture of compounds, Microfol commenced commercial operations in 1998.

Since then, Microfol has established itself as a reliable German manufacturer of compounds and high-performance plastics:

Microfol built a new, modern production facility with administrative offices in the Zeil I industrial park in Lichtenfels (Bavaria). The high production capacity of this facility has enabled the company to take a step toward establishing an independent market position in the future.

Thanks to numerous customer-specific developments and solutions already implemented, the company has established itself in the industry as a reliable specialist compounder with high quality standards – offering compounds and plastics for maximum performance.
